This is the master Legal Notice published by Sweepro Brush (Pty) Ltd t/a Sweepro Group International (“Sweepro Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), applying to the entire Sweepro Group website network, including but not limited to sweeprogroup.com, sweepa.com, shop.sweepa.com, sweeprobrush.com, sweepromanufacturing.com, sweepromfg.com, sweeparubberware.com, sweepa.net, sweepa.eu, sweepa.uk, and sweepausa.com, and any other domain, subdomain, or online store we operate now or in future. Individual sites with an active shop may publish a supplementary section identifying the specific contracting entity for transactions made through that shop; such supplements apply alongside and do not replace this master Legal Notice. TRADEMARK NOTICE

Sweepa and Sweepro are trademarks used across the Sweepro Group network, protected under applicable trademark law in the jurisdictions in which they are registered. All logos, wordmarks, product names, and brand identifiers are the property of Sweepro Group or used under licence. No person or entity may use these trademarks, or any confusingly similar mark, without prior express written authorisation. Unauthorised use will be pursued through available legal channels, including injunctive relief and claims for damages.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE

All content across the Sweepro Group network, including text, product and lifestyle photography, logos, graphics, page layouts, design elements, and code, is copyright protected and owned by Sweepro Group or used under licence. No licence to use any such work is granted by its appearance on our websites. Unauthorised copying, downloading, reposting, republishing, distributing, or embedding of any content constitutes copyright infringement.

We will respond to unauthorised use with legal action, which may include DMCA takedown notices to hosting providers, social media platforms, search engines, and domain registrars, applications for injunctive relief, civil proceedings for copyright infringement, and, where available in the relevant jurisdiction and against the party pursued, claims for statutory damages of up to USD 150,000 per work for wilful infringement under United States copyright law, plus attorneys fees and costs where recoverable, in addition to any remedy available under the law of the jurisdiction in which the infringement occurs.

IMAGE PROTECTION STATEMENT

Every product image, lifestyle photograph, and branded design across our websites represents significant investment and is among our most valuable intellectual property assets. Unauthorised use by any party is expressly prohibited and treated as wilful copyright infringement. Any party who has used our images without authorisation must cease immediately and contact us via our data request form.

OFFICIAL DOMAINS AND AUTHORISED USE

Sweepro Group and its brands are only ever represented online through the domains listed in the introduction above. No other individual, business, or website is authorised to claim affiliation with, or act on behalf of, Sweepro Group or any of its brands, unless expressly confirmed by us in writing. Official email communications only originate from our listed official domains.

NO WARRANTY

Our websites and all content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, for informational purposes, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of any content, and you access our websites entirely at your own risk.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sweepro Brush (Pty) Ltd t/a Sweepro Group International disclaims liability for any loss or damage arising from your access to or use of our websites, reliance on any content, or any interruption or unavailability of our websites, including direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages. JURISDICTION

This Legal Notice, and our websites generally, are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, the jurisdiction of Sweepro Brush (Pty) Ltd’s registration, except where a specific website’s own supplementary Legal Notice identifies a different governing law and jurisdiction for a transaction made through an active shop on that site. Users accessing our websites from outside South Africa do so voluntarily and are responsible for compliance with local laws in their own jurisdiction.

DMCA COMPLIANCE

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 in respect of content hosted on United States-based infrastructure or platforms. To submit a DMCA takedown notice, use our data request form. Your notice must include your full legal name and contact information, a description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, the specific URL where the allegedly infringing material appears, a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised, a statement that the information is accurate, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf. Incomplete notices will not be processed. Submitting a false DMCA notice may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. section 512(f). Counter-notices may be submitted via our data request form in accordance with 17 U.S.C. section 512(g).

MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT

We reserve the right to monitor our websites and the broader internet for violations of our intellectual property rights, and to use evidence gathered in legal proceedings. You may not use any automated tool, bot, crawler, scraper, or artificial intelligence system to scrape, extract, reproduce, or train on any content from our websites without our prior express written authorisation.
