This is the master Terms and Conditions document governing your access to and use of the entire Sweepro Group website network, including but not limited to sweeprogroup.com, sweepa.com, shop.sweepa.com, sweeprobrush.com, sweepromanufacturing.com, sweepromfg.com, sweeparubberware.com, sweepa.net, sweepa.eu, sweepa.uk, and sweepausa.com, and any other domain, subdomain, or online store we operate now or in future. Individual sites may publish supplementary terms specific to their own region or operations; any such supplementary terms will expressly reference and incorporate these Terms, which continue to apply in full alongside them, and this master document governs in the event of any conflict unless a supplement expressly and specifically states otherwise for the particular matter in question. SCOPE AND THE SWEEPRO GROUP WEBSITE NETWORK

Sweepro Brush (Pty) Ltd t/a Sweepro Group International operates and maintains the entire Sweepro Group network of websites listed above, including sweepausa.com and shop.sweepa.com. These Terms apply across every website, subdomain, and shop in that network. Where a specific website offers products for direct sale, the operating and contracting entity for that transaction is additionally identified in that site’s own Legal Notice section here, and these Terms apply alongside it.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Your access to and use of any Sweepro Group website is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms in full. By accessing any page, submitting any enquiry, or interacting with any content on our websites, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, regardless of whether you have physically read them. If you access our websites on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

NATURE OF OUR WEBSITES

Our websites are primarily informational, providing details about our products, brands, and how to make trade or retail enquiries. Nothing on a Sweepro Group website constitutes an offer to sell, a price quotation, or a binding commercial proposal, except where a specific site operates an active shop, in which case that site’s own checkout process and Legal Notice govern the transaction. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of any Sweepro Group website at any time without notice and without liability.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content across the Sweepro Group network, including text, product descriptions, images, product and lifestyle photography, logos, trademarks, graphics, page layouts, design elements, and code, is the exclusive intellectual property of Sweepro Brush (Pty) Ltd t/a Sweepro Group International, or used under licence, and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law, and, in respect of content hosted on or accessed from United States infrastructure, under United States copyright law, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and the Lanham Act. Sweepa and Sweepro are trademarks of the Sweepro Group. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, scraped, mirrored, framed, extracted, or used in any form without our prior express written permission.

Unauthorised use of any image, design, or content constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action, including DMCA takedown notices, applications for injunctive relief, and, where available against the party pursued, civil claims for statutory damages of up to USD 150,000 per work for wilful infringement under United States copyright law, plus attorneys fees and costs where recoverable. We actively monitor for unauthorised use of our content using reverse image search and digital monitoring tools. You may not use any automated tool, bot, crawler, scraper, or artificial intelligence system to scrape, extract, reproduce, or train on any content from our websites without our prior express written authorisation.

OFFICIAL COMMUNICATIONS AND AUTHORISED AFFILIATES

No individual or business is authorised to represent themselves as Sweepro Group International, Sweepro Brush (Pty) Ltd, or any affiliated brand, or to act on our behalf, unless expressly confirmed by us in writing. Where a brand within the Sweepro Group engages authorised distributors or resellers, these are identified as such on the relevant brand website, and no other party may claim this status. Our websites and all content are provided strictly on an as-is and as-available basis, for informational purposes, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that our websites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we do not warrant that any information on our websites is current, complete, or accurate. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ENQUIRY SUBMISSIONS

Any enquiry submitted through our contact or enquiry forms is a non-binding expression of interest only, and does not create a binding agreement or obligation on our part. We may accept, decline, or not respond to any enquiry at our discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not use our websites for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, transmit spam or malicious code, scrape or systematically extract content, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, impersonate Sweepro Group or its representatives, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written authorisation.

PURCHASES ON SITES WITH AN ACTIVE SHOP

Where a Sweepro Group website operates an active shop, including shop.sweepa.com once live, purchases are subject to that site’s own Legal Notice, which identifies the specific contracting entity, and to the payment processing terms described in our Privacy Policy. These master Terms continue to apply alongside those site-specific details.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, the jurisdiction of Sweepro Brush (Pty) Ltd’s registration, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa, except where a specific website’s own Legal Notice identifies a different governing law and jurisdiction for a transaction made through an active shop on that site. A binding arbitration or class-action-waiver clause is not included in this version, since a clause of that kind needs to be drafted by a qualified attorney to be enforceable rather than adapted from a template — flagged here rather than included as a placeholder.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue in full force.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and each site’s Legal Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our websites.

AMENDMENTS

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by a revised last-updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our websites after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

NO WAIVER

No failure or delay by us in exercising any right under these Terms operates as a waiver of that right.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power or internet outages, cyberattacks, or third-party infrastructure failures.
